TriStar specializes in two-phase and three-phase processing solutions. Two-phase processing is performed with primarily hydrocarbon-based sludges. Typical applications include crude, #6 fuel oil and slurry oil tanks.

Three-phase separation is used with vessels and containments inventorying aqueous-based emulsions that require true oil/water/solid separation. Common examples include wastewater tanks, API separators and slop oil.
